Key responsibilities: Creating a safe and stimulating environment for our daughter Engaging her in age-appropriate play and learning activities Assisting with meal preparation and feeding Changing diapers and maintaining hygiene Putting her down for naps and bedtime routine Light housekeeping related to childcare Requirements: Proven experience working with toddlers, preferably with references A genuine love for children and a patient, empathetic approach First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification) Strong communication skills and ability to follow specific instructions Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and a clean background check Our ideal babysitter will have a nurturing demeanor, a positive attitude, and a commitment to fostering a warm and engaging environment for our daughter.
